What is the Return & Refund Policy?

Please note the following important shipping instructions:

Pickup Confirmation: Do not hand over the product to the pickup executive without the pickup slip or SMS confirmation.

Self-Shipping: If your pin code is not in our serviceable area and our delivery agents are unable to come for pickup, you will need to self-ship the product.

How to place a return request?

Visit the returns section on the website to raise a return request for your order

– Submit the required details in the empty fields

– Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you would want to return or exchange.

-In case if a wrong product has been shipped, picture of the product received has to uploaded.

– A confirmation whatsapp message and a text message would be shared once the request is approved.

Please note that the return request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Total 3 attempts would be made after that the product pick up won’t be attempted.

In addition, all returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags.

In case of exchange, the new order will be on its way as soon as the exchange item is verified at our warehouse. The exchange process is subject to your exchange item meeting the above conditions.

All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

Refund Process:

Within 2-4 business days of receiving the returned product(s), the full amount will be refunded.

For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your bank account or Ivory Credits would be raised in Ivory wallet.

For COD orders, the refund would be raised in form Ivory Credits.
