Self-Ship If your Pin code is not in the serviceable area i.e. if our delivery agents are not able to come for pick-up, the customer has to self-ship the product.

Yes! COD is available for orders below INR 5000 on all serviceable pincodes. For orders above 5,000/ online payment would be required.

Visit the returns section on the website to raise a return request for your order

– Submit the required details in the empty fields

– Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you would want to return or exchange.

-In case if a wrong product has been shipped, picture of the product received has to uploaded.

– A confirmation whatsapp message and a text message would be shared once the request is approved.

Please note that the return request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Total 3 attempts would be made after that the product pick up won’t be attempted.

In addition, all returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags.

In case of exchange, the new order will be on its way as soon as the exchange item is verified at our warehouse. The exchange process is subject to your exchange item meeting the above conditions.

We do not charge any additional handling fee for returns.
